Deep royal blue waves sneak towards me before finding their way back, causing droplets of the cool salty ocean water to spray onto my bare feet. The roaring sound of the waves hitting the shore send shivers down my spine. The fiery ball bathed the meek waves in an assortment of red and orange light. I lose track of all time as I engross myself into the rhythmic percussion of waves on the sand. The bright sun, a crisp circle in the bloody sky, lightening a quivering path across the water. The light rays of the setting sun begin to warm my face and arms, as sweat slowly starts to trickle down my skin. The wind whispers and sings in my ears as it plays with my long brown hair. There was a light breeze that kept pushing strands of my long brown hair into my face, however, I enjoyed the light breeze on my warmed brown skin. The breeze caused fine grains of sand to fly all over the place, as I move the hair out of my face I get some sand in my mouth and taste the salty sand. For what felt like not enough time, I sat with my knees held up by my chest, I stared into the deepness of the ocean as if it was trying to tell me something. Time is going by so slow and I am enjoying every second of it. I feel like all the problems I have are so small compared to this big ocean in front to me, and all my problems are being washed away with the carefree waves. For the very first time, I feel content with my life.
